In the body of Christ we need arms, legs, fingers, toes, and all the various organs and muscles, not just a bunch of heads! If everyone is a leader, then a state of lawlessness exists, in which, as in the days of the judges, ”…everyone did what was right in his own eyes,” (Judges 21:25).

The Ministry of helps exist to free the hands of the leaders to do the work that God has called them to do.
